PUTRAJAYA, The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) has established the 'Lawyer Role Application' to allow lawyers to submit the Real Property Gains Tax (BNCKHT) forms electronically via e-CKHT on the MyTax portal.It said the feature was created in line with section 57A(3) of the Real Property Gains Tax Act (ACKHT) 1976.The application for the role of a lawyer is only allowed for lawyers under law firms registered with the Bar Council.'The procedure for applying for the lawyer's role can be done by visiting https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/."Applicants need to log in to MyTax using their MyKad number and password.
