Vista Equity Partners Launches VistaOne Fund for Global Investors

New York: Vista Equity Partners (Vista) has introduced VistaOne (Lux) (VistaOne), an open-ended investment vehicle aimed at providing eligible non-United States (US) individual investors access to Vista's private equity platform through a single, scalable solution.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, VistaOne Co-Chief Executive Officer and Vista President, Chief Operating Officer, David Breach noted that this launch represents a pivotal step in Vista's mission to broaden access to private software investments. The fund offers an attractive option for non-US investors aiming to diversify their portfolios.

VistaOne is structured to provide fully drawn exposure to direct Vista deals with a simplified fee structure, featuring quarterly liquidity (subject to certain conditions) and lower investment minimums compared to traditional private market investment strategies. It allows eligible investors to make a single commitment and gain access to a balanced portfolio across the lifecycle of large-, mid- and small-cap private software companies. This is achieved through Vista's Flagship, Foundation, and Endeavor private equity strategies.

The fund is managed by a specialized team of investment and operations professionals at Vista, who possess extensive software and operational expertise. In addition, experienced private wealth sales and client service experts collaborate directly with wealth managers to ensure optimal service delivery.

VistaOne is available to wealth managers within Vista's immediate network and other eligible non-US investors seeking to diversify their portfolios in private equity with a focus on software. Founded in 2000, Vista Equity Partners is known for its operational focus and has pioneered a proprietary approach to value creation, refined over 25 years and more than 600 transactions.

Enterprise software is integral to nearly every sector of the global economy, encompassing a broad spectrum of vertical markets and end-users. Currently, Vista manages a diversified portfolio of over 90 companies, delivering mission-critical software solutions to more than 500 million global users.
