Nairobi: Proceedings of the Ninth Public Investors Conference have been released, following the event held on September 12-13, 2024, at the headquarters of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. The publication includes peer-reviewed papers by academics and professionals focused on portfolio and risk management for entities like central banks, sovereign wealth funds, and public pension plans.

According to World Bank, the World Bank’s Reserve Advisory and Management Partnership (RAMP) continues to be a key partner of the Public Investors Conference. The publication aligns with RAMP’s mission to enhance public asset management globally and promote knowledge sharing within the official sector investment community.

Since 2008, the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) and the World Bank, alongside cosponsoring central banks, have organized the biennial Public Investors Conference. This event serves as a platform to discuss policy issues, quantitative methods, and the evolving challenges that public investors face across the globe.
