Phnom penh: The outcomes of the 58th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (AMM) and the Signing Ceremony of the Instrument of Accession to the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia have been released by the Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
