Muhammad Haqimi Azim Joins TFC On Loan

Kuala lumpur: Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) forward Muhammad Haqimi Azim Rosli has officially been loaned to Terengganu FC (TFC) during the second transfer window of the 2025/2026 season. Terengganu Football Club Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Sheikh Farouk Sheikh Mohamed Bajrai announced the loan arrangement, emphasizing its significance for the team’s ongoing campaigns.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the national Under-23 player was brought in on loan to bolster the Turtles squad as they navigate the remainder of the Super League campaign and the Malaysia Cup challenge, which continues until May this year. The strategic acquisition comes as TFC aims to enhance their attacking capabilities in light of recent challenges.

Sheikh Farouk highlighted that Muhammad Haqimi Azim is expected to fortify the attacking line, which is currently in a critical situation following the injury of key import player Yan Mabella. “TFC believes the quality he possesses will help improve the team’s performance, as we are currently in fifth place in the Super League,” he stated.

The CEO also noted that Muhammad Haqimi Azim has shown strong resolve to seize this opportunity fully. “He has also expressed his determination to make the most of this opportunity to help Terengganu achieve success in every match,” Sheikh Farouk added, expressing optimism for the remainder of the season.
