MFA Press Release: Condolence Letters from Singapore Leaders on the Terror Attack at the St Petersburg Metro on 3 April 2017

President Tony Tan Keng Yam and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong have written to President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev of the Russian Federation respectively to convey their condolences on the terror attack at the St Petersburg metro on 3 April 2017.
