Phnom penh: The Deputy Spokesperson of the Ministry of Interior has issued a statement strongly condemning the actions of the Sa Kaeo provincial administration and Thai armed forces for entering and bulldozing the land of Cambodian citizens in Prey Chan village on Oct. 10.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the incursion has sparked tensions between the two neighboring countries. The Ministry of Interior has called for an immediate cessation of these activities and urged the Thai authorities to respect Cambodian sovereignty and territorial integrity. The statement from the ministry emphasized the need for adherence to international laws and peaceful resolution through diplomatic channels.
