Cambodian PM: Entire Nation Stands Firmly with Frontline Troops

Phnom penh: Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet has reaffirmed the Royal Government’s and the whole Khmer nation’s strong support to the frontline troops. In a message via his social media network this evening, Samdech Thipadei expressed sincere thanks to his compatriots for coming together again, following the Solidarity March on June 18, 2025. This is a powerful message of encouragement to the Cambodian armed forces on the front lines who stand firm, vigilant, and courageous in defending the nation’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, without yielding even a millimeter, he underlined.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the Prime Minister emphasized Cambodia’s commitment to seeking a peaceful resolution through technical mechanisms, including the Joint Border Commission (JBC), and international law, such as the International Court of Justice (ICJ) mechanism. He reiterated that Cambodia stands ready to respond with its armed forces in the event of any deliberate violation of Cambodian sovereignty through the use of force.

The Premier also extended his best wishes to the armed forces on the front lines, including those in defensive and support lines, acknowledging their respect for and unwavering commitment to the orders issued by the Commander-in-Chief and commanders at all levels.

He concluded his message by urging the armed forces to remember that the Royal Government and the entire Khmer nation stand firmly with them and will continue to support under all circumstances.
