Kuala lumpur: The Secretariat of the Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) entered the second day of its meeting this morning at 9:10 a.m. in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, on the second day, the Secretariat teams continued their discussions to further strengthen effectiveness, mutual trust, and confidence in implementing the ceasefire agreement between the two parties, said H.E. Lt. Gen. Maly Socheata, Spokeswoman for the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The GBC Secretariat meeting is being held in preparation for the upcoming 2nd Special Cambodia-Thailand GBC Meeting, scheduled for Oct. 23, 2025.
